I can't find where this message is referenced in the source code, but on pages like this [1] it says (in the grey box) -- Revision as of 3 April 2011 at 17:13. The [/w/i.php?title=Template_talk:Projects&offset=20110403171304&lqt_mustshow=12295 highlighted comment] was edited in this revision. [diff] -- See also screenshot. Using "uselang=qqx" [1], we see that the messages are "lqt_revision_as_of" and "lqt_change_edited_root". The link is passed to the second one. Searching on the extension directory[2], I see the message is used only at function getChangeDescription [3].
