There are two "Go" buttons on Special:Allmessages: one for choosing prefix, customization state and language, and another one for "items per page".

"Items per page" should be grouped with the other options and there should be only one "Go" button.

Patch to remove one "go" button from Special:AllMessages

Patch against r88132. This moves the "items per page" UI into the <fieldset>. I don't really have any idea what I'm doing, so be gentle. It seems to work on localhost, including the language selection, though.
