In the logs, there is no apparent difference between a protection with the "page
moves only" box checked or unchecked.

In addition it might be useful for admins if the button "protect/unprotect" on every page
would switch to "unprotect against moves" (or something like that) if the option was chosen.
One is not able to see at first glance if a page is protected against edits or only against moves 
so far. And that's a considerable difference. (compare bug 1735)

Fix for bug 1735 now includes the actual permission keys in the log, so they can be 
distinguished. (though it's a bit ugly)
