MW 1.18 new skin system breaks the ability to place the FACTBOX in a header

Changed to a clearer title: "Header Tabs: factbox can't be placed in separate tab in MW 1.18".

This bug belongs to the HeaderTabs extension and not SMW core. If necessary, please reopen this bug with the appropriate component.
