The ability to ignore warnings seems to be missing from when the upload wizard catches api warning / errors. I only see the option to "remove" the warning.

We're not going to add a generic "ignore warnings" checkbox like in the old form. Instead we'll try to handle each specific warning in a sensible manner. Generally we should surface warnings that matter at the earliest possible time and enable the user to correct them where possible, and ignore warnings that don't matter (e.g. "This filename has previously been used but deleted").
