If you try to upload a file that has been deleted from the wiki, the stash upload fails and it shows the error "Unknown error: unknown". Mysterious!

This should be easy to fix

figure out what the returned error code is

add it to the list of codes in mw.Api.js :: mw.Api.errors

add a message string for 'mwe-upwiz-api-error...' in UploadWizard.i18n.php

add the newly created message string key to UploadWizardHooks.php in the list of messages to import

Seems to only be happening in IE6 (and not limited to deleted files) - no API error message is reported in the console. Maybe I broken IE6 when I fixed IE7...
