The displayed image in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Urinary_system.svg is different (it is older and without number) than the correct (and last) one: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/30/Urinary_system.svg.
This is not the first time this error happens to me.

This seems to me like some changes have been made to the file, that are not supported by our thumbnail renderer.

Works for me, I don't see any difference between the thumbnail and the firefox rasterization.

I don't understand you.
Resolved? A worksforme?. What it's the correct form to work?
It's a Wikimedia or Wikipedia bug?. How I (or you or anybody) can solve it?
I usually works with Firefox but the same problem exists with Google Chrome...
This problem sometime occur when a new file with the same name is uploaded to Wikimedia.

It is not a Wikimedia bug, but might be a bug in you browser's cache or an upstream (from you) proxy.  Images look the same to me.
