again apologies if this is a dupe. 
There should be some sort of explanation for the "Log me in globally" checkbox on the user login screen. There is no way currently to figure out what this means and it doesn't make much sense if you don't already understand about SUL etc. There could just be a small "what's this" or tooltip link next to the option.
