misalignment in IE for category widget

See attachment -- the add button is misaligned with the text input.

Fixed in r84075. Unfortunately this required using the star hack for IE6 and IE7 since those browsers refuse to handle vertical-align:baseline correctly and changing to vertical-align:middle looks wonky in other browsers. Hopefully this will get fixed in jQuery.ui.button at some point.
