Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description aaron.adrignola 2011-03-09 01:14:40 UTC
I am unable to edit a file page at Commons, linked above and the page itself states the following below the file:

"The database did not find the text of a page that it should have found, named 'File:Population - Municipality code 61077.svg'.

This is usually caused by following an outdated diff or history link to a page that has been deleted.

If this is not the case, you may have found a bug in the software"

If I try to edit the page, I get an edit conflict every time I try to save.

This seems to have been the result of an incomplete page creation: there was a row in the page table, but it had page_latest=0 and no associated rows in the revision table. I deleted the page row, and it looks like you should be able to create the page now.
