Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description lɛʁi לערי ריינהארט 2005-07-10 09:49:24 UTC
Hallo!

For *exiting* images as [[Image:Northern Spotted Owl.USFWS-thumb.jpg]]
[[:Media:Northern Spotted Owl.USFWS-thumb.jpg]] is a *red* link in "history
summary" but a *blue* link in normal pages.

[[:Media:foo]] and [[Media:foo]] does *not* show up as "plainlinks" if the image
/ file *exists* but shows up as "plainlinks" if the image / file is non existent.

Regards Reinhardt [[:user:gangleri]] - inline link ;-)

Proposed patch

Tweaks the regular expression in Linker::formatComment() to accept an optional
colon at the start of link matches. Seems not to interfere with existing
behaviour, and fixes the general case behaviour here, but I've got a bit more
testing to do.
