Description Colin Pitts 2005-07-09 06:19:29 UTC Summary pretty well covers it. Go to a nonexistent talk page, click the "+" tab to add a new section, fill in the subject box and the content box, and save. The subject box is ignored, instead of being put in the edit summary and in a heading.
