* Purpose: for local discussion

Only one person other than the proposer commented on that poll.  Are there enough active users on the Chinese Wikinews to warrant a mailing list?  Would it actually be used?

Chinese wikis have a rule call [[:zh:Wikipedia:共識]] means that if no one oppose within a week, it can go on. 

Chinese Wikinews mailing list is for someone who want to submit news on email and discuss about the matter on wikinews such as some offline discussion. It would be use. The Chinese Wikinews only have not more then 10 active users edit on wiki.
