frwiki seams to have been hanging for nearly two weeks, dewiki last dump is aborted, last enwiki is "partial". Nothing new seams to have been started for two weeks.

I can't find anything anywhere stating if there is a real issue, or what it is. As it is documented that the monitoring of the dumps is poor or non existent, I thought it might be relevant to notify that it looks bad.

Sorry to sounds so whining.

Upgrade of MediaWiki is the reason

Sorry, your dumps manager is in the middle of a data center buildout with some pretty long exhausting hours.  As soon as I'm coherent and have a bit of a break (Fri? Sat?) I'll test and start 'em up again.

When it is, this bug can be marked as "resolved fixed." Nothing has been resolved here, so I'm reopening this for now.
