Hallo!

[[{{NAMESPACE}}:{{PAGENAME}}#]] should render as [[{{NAMESPACE}}:{{PAGENAME}}]]
a selfrefering link.

Why? # without other characters would lead to the top of the page anyway.

Perhaps one might want such a link to the top of the page?
I don't see a strong reason to disallow it; the fragment is explicit 
rather than implicit.
