When uploading a number of files using the form, one many click "upload more files" many times.  Right now the intro cartoon appears every time.  

An alternative might be 'once the first time + once per session'.  Or, after seeing it a few times, a less intrusive reminder might be added on the same page as the first step, rather than requiring a separate page-load and click.
