Description Ryan Kaldari 2011-02-15 02:35:09 UTC
If you click on "Upload More Files" from the Use step, Firefox gives you a resubmit warning: "To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier."

Either the way this button functions should be changed, or the UploadWizard should perform a Post/Redirect/Get instead of a simple Post upon completing the Describe step. I imagine the first option would be simpler.

I don't think I've gotten that error before. I'm struggling to understand why it would happen since any POST requests have occurred in AJAX. So reloading the wizard itself could be a simple get.

The other option is to look into some way of removing all uploads and returning the interface to its pristine state. That might not be too difficult, you'd just have to reactivate some previously deactivated interface elements.

But I feel like that's thrashing... maybe there's some easier way to understand this.

Roan also reports this behavior in Firefox in Bug 26080.
