When the bug 1 is closed as duplicate to bug 2, it used to add all users from cc-list of bug 1 to cc-list of bug 2 but no longer does.

No matter if user is reporter, commenter or just watcher.

This would probably be better in the upstream bugzilla system.

I just closed bug 28169 as a dupe of Bug 28166, and it seems to be WFM here...

How can CCing be dupe to voting? Also how can this be duped to two years old bug, when this problem occured recently? Reopening.

Seems to be working on BZ4 for at least the reporter... See bug 28390/bug 28385

Adding URL for upstream report, Only the reporter is copied over on dup'ing the bug, not the whole CC list.

Reassigning to wikibugs from priyanka, no point assigning to someone for a upstream issue, unless we decide to self patch this.

WONTFIXing this, it is a upstream issue unless we want to self patch this (and perhaps send the result upstream).

We typically close these as LATER with an +upstream tag.
