The problem is caused by the div k-player using a height for the toolbar of 20px. However, the actual height of the toolbar is 23, due to the padding on div with class "control-bar"

Thanks for the bug report, Yes there is some layout issues with the top of the audio controls ...should be fixed now: (r82050 )
