Steps to reproduce:
1. Logged in user access main page of Arabic wiki.
2. Click on the 'مساهماتي' (My preference) link.

Actual results:
Compare the alignment with English wiki.

I'm pretty sure this is desired behaviour. User language should not affect all the LTR directionality stuff. At the very least it never did before.

Closing as invalid.

We recently reverted to the behavior in 1.16 because of problems with the way 1.17 was implemented.  Mixed LTR and RTL is going to be pretty hard no matter which tradeoff we make, so we decided it was better to make the user interface messy in the name of making the content correct.
