Steps to reproduce:
1. Access main page of Arabic wiki.
2. Click on the 'ادخل / أنشئ حسابا'(Log in / create account)link
3. Input user name and password and submit.

Actual results:
'Database error' is displayed.

Heading directly to http://prototype.wikimedia.org/release-ar brings up a db issues that appears to be caused by CU but heading via prototype.wikimedia.org/rc-ar/ heads to the main page.

Database error displayed at in create account and in user login.
