Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to wikimedia main page.
2. Click on the 'Special pages' link.
3. Click on the 'Search for duplicate files' link under 'Media reports and
uploads' section.
4. Enter an existing file name with 'File:' prefix. (e.g. File:Flower1.OGV)
5. Click on the 'Search' button.

Actual results:
Results displayed.
Note : Page has a description above the 'Filename' text box as 'Enter the filename without the "File:" prefix.'

I'm not sure how this is a major bug if it still works even with the prefix?
