Steps to reproduce:
1. Admin user protects a page(Full protection, Semi protection).
2. Non admin user access the protected page.
3. Click on the 'View source' link.

Actual results:
No message is displayed.

Expected results:
Page should display 'This page is currently protected and can be edited only by administrators.' message with padlock item.

prototype wiki is missing {{ambox}} template, which breaks the message. Not really a mediawiki issue.
