I'll get "Notice: Undefined index: wikidb_session in
mediawiki/includes/SpecialUserlogin.php on line 493" if I submitt the login form
directly from an external source (without request it first).

New special page to display last user login. this displays a simple table of 
users and the last time they logged in.

When running this, I get the following error:
