Per discussion on URL above, please change the current "upload file" to: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Upload/pt?uselang=pt (Meanwhile, we are using a script to change the link: http://pt.wikibooks.org/w/index.php?diff=cur&oldid=202654 ) By the way, most upload links on http://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/highlight.php?file=InitialiseSettings.php have "http://". Wouldn't be better to change all links to the form /wiki/commons:Commons:Upload/XXXX?uselang=XXXX so that users can stay in secure server? Should I open a bug for that change?

The trick to use commons:Commons doesn't seem to work, I get redirected to http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Upload/pt?uselang=pt when I try it at https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/commons:Commons:Upload/pt?uselang=pt
