Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to wikimedia main page.
2. Click on the 'Log in / create account' link.
3. Click on the 'Create one.' link.

Actual results:
Few warning messages are displayed.
(Refer the screen shot)

Expected results:
'Create account' form should be displayed.

This is due to a extension config.
