namespaceDupes's interface is a bit obscure, especially when there are cases it has to disambiguate.

Usage of the --suffix and --prefix params is not very well documented, and seems to confuse people a bit.

Recommendations:
* interactive mode when add'l info needed for resolution
* fix up help (entry for --prefix looks outright wrong; --suffix is ok but vague
* an automatic --suffix tweaker might be wise
