Description Purodha Blissenbach 2011-01-30 01:33:32 UTC
When accidentally logged out when saving an edit, you get:
* first a message that your edit will be shown when sighted,
* second a message about the article size,
* third a headline saying "preview",
* fourth a message telling you that your edit was not saved,
* fifth the page perview.
See attached screen shot.

The only logical order would have to be:
* first the message about the article size,
* second the message telling you that your edit was not saved,
* third the message that your edit would be shown when sighted if it had been saved. (could alternatively be omitted)
* fourth the headline saying "preview",
* fifth the page perview.

Thanks for your bug report.

You've marked this as applying to MW version 1.18 but your screenshot almost looks like a Wikipedia. Is this from MediaWiki installed from svn?
Comment 3 Purodha Blissenbach 2011-02-01 04:15:33 UTC
No, I am sorry; yes it is from Wikipedia in German,
that is, Version 1.16wmf4 (Version 81159)
(Copied from Special:Version)
That is not selectable here, thus I have set it to 1.16 now.
Please adjust, if you know better!
Thank you.

Purodha, could you double-check whether this is still happening? Thanks!
