Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Wikimedia main page.
2. Open a page in edit mode.

Actual results:
'Database error' is displayed.

Another CentralAuth issue.

Disabled globalblocking on prototype for the time being.

I'm assuming all CentralAuth-dependent things should be disabled there?
