Current tool tip in Edit tab is 
"You can edit this page. Please use the preview button before saving" 

Now Publish button is available instead of Save button.
Word 'saving' shall be changed as 'publishing' in the tool tip.

So another language text should be made for the Edit tab at the top, on every page. For consistency, there should also be another language text for the section [edit] links, because there might be languages where it is desirable that this text is also changed.

Won't fix this, as saving and publishing is the same. Also, there is a chance that Publish will be changed to Save due to legal reasons.
