Description Chad H. 2011-01-26 15:30:53 UTC
Right now, if you set any of the $wg*CacheType's to CACHE_ACCEL, you will automatically use eAccelerator, APC, XCache or WinCache.

However, wfGetCache() doesn't let you choose. It chooses one of these 4, in that order, if supported.

You should be able to use a specific object cache system.

Isn't this fixed since r83140?
Comment 2 Niklas Laxström 2011-03-16 09:38:16 UTC
I think so too. It is now very flexible what comes to configuration.
