Steps to reproduce:
1. Logged in user navigates to the Wikimedia main page.
2. Click on the 'My preferences' link.
3. Click on the 'Watchlist' link.
4. Select 'Hide edits by anonymous users from the watchlist'.
5. Click on the 'Save' button.
6. Click on the 'My watchlist' link.
7. Observe the text between 'Show last ...' and 'namespace' dropdown.

Actual results:
Text is 'Hide minor ... | Hide anonymous users | ... Hide my edits'

Expected results:
Text should be 'Hide minor ... | Show anonymous users | ... | Hide my edits'

Verified in 1.17, but not a blocker.  1.16 had this same problem.

It is a typo in r39314: 'watchlisthideanon' vs 'watchlisthideanon*s*'.

Umm, why?

As an aisde, it should be noted this has not been merged into 1.17 (yet), so it will not be present on prototype.

Reclosing, this was because the fixes weren't pushed to prototype most likely so the bug still existed there. (Reopen if the case is otherwise)
