Steps to reproduce:
1. Logged in user navigates to the Wikimedia main page
2. Click on the 'My preferences' link.
3. Click on the 'Manage your global account' link (User profie -> Basic information -> Global account status)
4. Enter 'Password' and click on the 'Confirm login information' button.

Actual results:
Internal error is displayed.

I don't think the prototypes are in the central auth cluster which will be
causing that.

Yeah, the site is definately not SUL'd

Not quite sure why we'd have CA enabled there if it wasn't being used, as it's susceptible to weirdness like this; which I'm guessing is a false positive.

It would say the whole normal ext directory got dumped in there.
