Description folengo 2011-01-25 15:27:58 UTC
Loging into another language Wikipedia logs you out of your original language Wikipedia without warning. This is a new problem which showed up some time around the beginning of 2011.

This is annoying, and terribly counter intuitive, especially when you have set "Remember me (up to 30 days)" to "yes".

The promise to be remembered for 30 days should be kept.

This issue has been talked on the French village pump at http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Le_Bistro/19_janvier_2011#Pertes_de_session.2C_encore_et_toujours

Update: Everything is fine today, as I tested again.

Probably related with those days when the centralauth cookie was wrong.
