Here's a patch that should speed up indexing.

But these are just trivial optimizations since I couldn't find any testing data
for stripWiki().
There will be more as soon as I've successfully imported en.wikipedia's "cur" table.

This was for a really old version of the code... going to INVALID it, sorry. :(
