Wikimedia migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports are handled in Wikimedia Phabricator.

For an image description page on the Commons, when viewing the 
transcluded version on EN, for example, all the links become 
links to EN.  The links should remain link to Commons pages.

The link above should be [[Image:Petersen graph.png#Testing]], of course.
