The page [[Special:BlockList]] has options for
* Show/Hide account blocks
* Show/Hide temporary blocks
* Show/Hide single IP blocks.
But I have not found api params for that.

Maybe add a bkshow to list=blocks.

Could also be made bkhide, having an opposite effect.

Or you are implement it in the same way than list=recentchanges/list=watchlist/list=watchlistraw/prop=categories/list=usercontribs with "!show"
