Namespace list ordering seems to be wrong on SVN

Why is 0 where it is in the list?

SVN Head (local): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 0, 90, 91, 92, 93

1.16wmf4 (enwp): 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 100, 101, 108, 109
