OBSERVATION
On Chrome / Mac only the top half of the 'Select a media file to upload' is clickable. This leads to confusion because people might think the entire button is not clickable or they done something wrong.

CAUSE
The bug is caused because the click is only possible on the input element, contained in the div with the 'mwe-upwiz-file-ctrl-container' class.

SOLUTION:
Change the height of the input field with class 'mwe-upwiz-file-input' to 67px as well.

Looks like this is fixed on trunk.
