I tried playing a movie with subtitles in several scripts - Latin, Hebrew, Georgian and Chinese. The subtitle line is often too long for the screen and it gets broken to two lines. The bottom overlaps the top line, making it impossible to read. It happens in all the scripts i tried.

ugg that’s not pretty. fixed in r80275 set line-height to 1.6em;
