Screenshot showing a submission title that should transclude a template but does not

There is a template transclusion call in a submission title.
The template is not transcluded here, but treated as if it
was surrounded by <nowiki>...</nowiki> tags.

It is true that LQT titles won't take transcluded pages but this is the same behavior found in a page creation, isn't it?

I bet this is working as designed. WORKSFORME. Please reopen if you disagree.
