It is possible to add a "iwtitles" param, which only list specified interwiki links?. "Useful for checking whether a certain page links to a certain interwiki title."

Are you just wanting a title, or be able to do prefix aswell?

Or iw:title....

I do not know, if it useful to search for prefix or title alone, so I think searching for iw:title would be the best.
