http://dv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Upload/ now leads to an entirely deleted page. Signs of possible vandalism. Requesting a new "upload file" page.

I don't understand what exactly you're complaining about, but it can probably be fixed locally.

It doesn't look like http://dv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Upload/ or http://dv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Upload (without the slash) ever existed, but I also don't see any links in the sidebar to [[Wikipedia:Upload]]. dvwiki seems to have uploads enabled, so the sidebar link should just point to [[Special:Upload]]; however, since I don't understand Dhivehi and many messages have been customized so English translations aren't available, I can't verify this.

Marking INVALID, you can reopen this if you've figured out what you need from the system administrators. I think a local sysop should be able to handle this though.
