1.5 has just been installed on en: and Special:CheckUser is giving me "no such
page".
Tim said it probably isn't working in 1.5 as yet, and to file a bug to remind him 
about it :-)

Have you tried Special:Espionage (in the extensions/ directory), it might do
similar things.

Closing because it was working again soon after. No, I haven't checked
Special:Espionage :-)
