Clicking "edit" on any Category page goes to the Preview screen first.

This was caused by bogus fix for bug 1242. Fixed now: preview (w/ list) only 
shows for new category pages not yet existing, not for editing of existing 
pages.

I do not understand why it still shows a preview upon the initial visit to a category page that does not yet exist. Why would I want to see a preview of a blank, non-existing page? It doesn't do this in other namespaces.

To show the list of pages in the category.
