r63643 force typecasting for SQLite.

Surely there's a more systematic way we could handle this? For instance, give the database functions a table of all columns used in MediaWiki and have it automatically cast appropriate values (and maybe truncate them, etc.)? This method is extremely error-prone.

yeah hmm cant remember why I originally opened this bug for. It is now cluttering my bug list for no reason so just closing it.
