See the diff: automatically generated summary mentions QuentinV who haven't edited the page, just moved it to a different title. Of course, the reject button didn't undo the move.

This will be pretty tough to filter out, but Chad will take a look and see what's reasonable to do.

This might be doable by checking the rev_text_id fields (rev_text_id same as one for the previous rev => null edit).

This could complicate the summary. If we rejected the last 4 put one in the middle was a null edit, saying "last 3" is wrong and "last 4" is also wrong.
