For tracking and maintenance purposes, please add [[Category:Uploaded with UploadWizard]] to the file description page of all media files uploaded with the upload wizard.

Ideally we would do it more properly and more systematically for other external programs using the API, but for now it's the simplest way to do this. We can clean it up later.

Upping the importance on this -- technically it's a trivial change but we really need it before we launch.

Guillaume asked for this, so I added it literally at the last minute to the deploy.
