Button placement has to be consistent

Description:
It is better if ‘Go to wiki home page’ button can be placed next to ‘Upload more files’ button (Horizontally). 

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Load the application <<http://commons.prototype.wikimedia.org/uwd/Special:UploadWizard>>
2.) Click on Logged in link
3.) Enter username and Password
4.) Upload a file
5.) Navigate up to ‘Use’ section

Expected results:
To give more clarity, buttons ‘Upload more files’ and ‘Go to wiki home page’ should be placed horizontally within the ‘Use’ section of ‘Upload wizard. 

Actual Results:
Buttons ‘Upload more files’ and ‘Go to wiki home page’ placed in vertically within the ‘Use’ section of ‘Upload wizard.
