Description Krinkle 2010-11-18 18:18:45 UTC
Currently interwiki links to wikiversity are set to non-local, which means it can only be linked to directly from within an article (like with bugzilla:) and cannot be linked to via the url nor with url shortening tools and not with path-stacking either (eg [[w:de:commons:Test]] works but not for wikiversity)

* betawikiversity:test
* wikiversity:test
* wikiversity:beta:test
Comment 1 Krinkle 2010-11-18 18:19:44 UTC
since bugzilla bases wikilinks from en.wiki the above link is broken :D - [[de:commons:Test]]
Comment 2 Nemo 2010-11-20 01:33:51 UTC
Following http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Interwiki_map&oldid=2213088#betawikiversity_and_wikiversity_broken : that's just because the default button is nor "search" instead of "Go", but http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/meta: works, http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/wikiquote: works , http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/v: works etc.
betawikiversity: isn't local even on Wikiversity: try http://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/betawikiversity: .
Comment 3 Krinkle 2011-01-25 14:43:07 UTC
Well, meta, commons and oldwikisource are local and can be linked to from anywhere.

Why not betawikiversity ?
Comment 4 Krinkle 2012-01-08 00:36:48 UTC
*bump*.

mw: was changed from non-local to iw_local=1 as well. It's a WMF operated wiki, so it's considered local. Not ?
Comment 5 Hydriz Scholz 2012-10-29 14:37:07 UTC
Resolving this bug. [[Special:Interwiki]] tells me otherwise that betawikiversity: is set to local.
